Where's my order?
Send us your order number and we'll chase the courier. Worth knowing first: tracking commonly takes 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan, so a quiet tracking page on day one doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Returns and refunds
Get in touch before sending anything back — we'll give you the correct return address and a reference. Full conditions are in our Returns Policy.

Product questions
Materials, dimensions, care, whether something suits what you have in mind. Ask before you order rather than after.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Send a photograph with your order number and we'll sort it out. You won't need to argue for it.

Two things that speed us up

Put your order number on the first line. You'll find it at the top of your order confirmation. Without it we're searching by name and email, which usually costs a day.

Send photographs for anything visual. Damage, a wrong item, a question about finish — a picture settles in seconds what a paragraph can't.
